Own your car wash by managing all aspects of facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service, and safety to deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience. Hire, train, coach, and develop a team while addressing customer claims and proactively solving operation, people, and profit challenges. Achieve financial and performance results through individual and company targets, earning a base salary, monthly bonus, and uncapped commission on membership sales. Complete a satisfactory criminal and financial background check before hiring.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years of management experience
