Site Forklift Technician

Job Summary
Maintain industrial mobile equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers, and golf carts by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting failures with root cause analysis, and completing repairs per manufacturer guidelines. Conduct equipment audits using the PM Planning tools schedule in Field Connect and ensure timely, accurate completion of all work orders and service records. Adhere to safety requirements by customer and Concentric, maintaining clean and organized work areas while passing required safety training modules. Manage time and attendance through Paylocity and communicate with supervisors and coworkers via phone, email, or in person. Travel to multiple sites to perform duties at customer facility locations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong equipment repair, mechanical and/or electrical skills
- Must have proven experience in electric Forklift Repair
- Willing and ability to travel to multiple sites
- Self-motivated and ability to manage time and attendance
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to move in confined areas
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of a Service Technician
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Hydraulics experience
- Conveyor experience
- Some computer skills
- Familiar with using a computer
- CDL
