Site Foreperson/Superintendent

Site Foreperson/Superintendent responsible for directing construction activities on highways, pipelines, or other projects. Must be safety-focused, an effective communicator, able to lead and build teams, plan procedures based on specifications, coordinate with subcontractors, resolve workforce issues, monitor progress, inspect workmanship, and prepare progress and cost reports. Requires high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience 3+ years), valid driver’s license, ability to operate and supervise heavy equipment, and compliance with PPE and safety policies. Supervisory experience preferred; OSHA safety certificates and heavy civil experience are a plus; physical capability to meet job demands is required.
