Site Foreman (Lethbridge Project)

Job Summary
Site Foreman accountable for managing field crews and subcontractors on commercial and multi-family projects in the Lethbridge region. Responsible for supervising self-performed and subcontracted construction work, ensuring projects are built on time, within budget, and according to company policies. Supports the Superintendent in directing and mentoring direct reports and field personnel, contributes to constructability through review of project documentation, and identifies risks and opportunities. Key duties include coordinating with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager on schedule, trades, production and quality; training and mentoring crews; maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards; assisting with documentation, site lookahead planning, safety meetings, and site inspections; overseeing subcontractor relationships, resource allocation, and site documentation; and ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyperson Carpenter Certification is preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive field supervisor experience required
- Knowledge of construction industry and company operations
- Understanding of project schedules and ability to identify the critical path
- Knowledge of safety and environmental principles/procedures/legislation
- Ability to lead and run effective site meetings with client, consultants, trades, own forces work, and internal employees
