Job Summary
Foreman leading end-to-end outdoor living and wellness-focused construction projects. Oversee site operations from excavation to handoff, coordinate trades, mentor a crew of 3–5, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and maintain strong client communication. Projects include custom pools and spas, outdoor kitchens, saunas, wellness features, pool houses, hardscaping, paver installations, and complete backyard transformations. Emphasizes leadership, coordination of subcontractors, interpretation of drawings, problem-solving on-site, and year-round employment with growth opportunities in a design-build setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading landscape, hardscape, pool, or outdoor construction projects
- Proven experience supervising crews and coordinating subcontractors
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional communication skills with clients and team members
- Strong commitment to site organization, quality, and safety
- Carpentry or finishing experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
