Job Summary
Lead grading and earthwork crews on heavy civil construction projects in the Toledo area; run field operations, coordinate equipment and personnel, and ensure grading and sitework activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in grading, earthwork, or site development construction
- Experience running crews and managing daily jobsite production
- Ability to read civil construction plans, grades, and specifications
- Familiarity with heavy equipment used in sitework including dozers, excavators, loaders, and motor graders
- Strong leadership, communication, and commitment to jobsite safety
- Also open to candidates who have been Lead Operators, Grade Foremen, or Site Supervisors looking to step into a Foreman role.
