Job Summary
Audit vendor payables for accuracy and obtain necessary approvals prior to payment. Execute daily customer and vendor contract requirements, identify accessorial activity, and ensure proper documentation. Provide analytical support to managers, supervisors, and operations personnel regarding demand planning, warehouse productivity, and labor efficiency. Prepare month-end close accruals, reconcile purchase orders, and generate daily and weekly labor analysis reports. Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and Operations departments to support accurate hourly activity reporting and performance measurements. Own balance sheet account reconciliations and assist with accounts receivable and payable processing. Requires an associate's degree in business or equivalent experience, with a preference for logistics industry background and strong analytical skills.

- Associates Degree in business or equivalent 2 years equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel

- Working knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
- Basic accounting knowledge; P&L and balance sheet

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic PC skill proficiency, including MS Office
