Job Summary
Welcome every customer with enthusiasm, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel safely, and maintain a clean, organized site by emptying trash and replenishing amenities. Rotate between customer engagement, sales, and lot responsibilities throughout the day while processing transactions and recommending Limitless Wash Club memberships. Adapt to changing business needs and staffing priorities to ensure smooth daily operations. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity, while following all safety policies and operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers
- Comfortable recommending memberships and additional services
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training
- Frequently stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds
- Frequently bend, reach, squat, kneel, and climb
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Operate around moving vehicles and mechanical equipment while following established safety procedures
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents
- Protect company assets and uphold operational standards
- Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
