Job Summary
Conduct routine workplace safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions. Support incident, injury, and near-miss investigations while tracking corrective actions and maintaining EHS policies, procedures, permits, and records. Assist with environmental compliance activities including waste management, spill prevention, and chemical storage, and prepare performance reports for management. Serve as a point of contact for EHS-related questions and participate in safety committees and internal audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in EHS, safety coordination, or a related role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate hazardous conditions and develop practical safety solutions
- Proven ability to influence safety behaviors and lead change in a fast-paced environment
