Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead - Oncology - Mexico

Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead collaborates with research staff and stakeholders to accelerate patient recruitment, provide site-specific training, and manage relationships with healthcare professionals and site staff. Responsible for developing study-specific action plans, identifying and addressing recruitment barriers, sharing best practices for patient identification and retention, conducting recruitment training, mapping patient flow through sites, educating staff on trial protocols, maintaining customer records to optimize pre-screening and enrollment, and completing internal reporting. Requires up-to-date knowledge in the assigned specialty, strong interpersonal and coordination skills, ability to work with minimal oversight, and willingness to travel up to 70% in Mexico. Location preferred: Mexico City.
