Job Summary
Deliver the engineering strategy on site while improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through robust leadership of shift teams. Manage financial and spare parts planning, coach employees on the Operational Excellence programme, and implement best practices from across the business to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Engineering Leads to share knowledge and deliver initiatives supporting Group objectives. Lead by example to encourage behavioural standards and display company values, utilizing strong stakeholder management to influence senior leadership. Work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing over one million baps daily, requiring adaptability and project management skills to manage shift teams and drive sustained performance improvements.
