Site Engineering Head - API

Ensure optimum availability of engineering services including utilities and power while managing project timelines within allocated resources and budget. Prepare, monitor, and control revenue and capex budgets, alongside power and fuel budgets. Investigate and record engineering deviations, close CAPA and CCR items on time, and review risk impact assessments. Liaise with government agencies for statutory requirements and ensure compliance with cGMPs, EHS policies, and safety procedures. Maintain equipment and facility records, review SOPs, and initiate energy conservation projects. Manage contractor contracts and billing cycles, develop subordinates, and review manpower productivity.
