Job Summary
Lead site development projects from concept through completion with a focus on innovation and excellence. Manage client relationships, develop scopes, and provide strategic vision. Direct civil sitework, stormwater management, and utility design; ensure regulatory compliance and produce high-quality technical documentation. Mentor and train design staff and contribute to recruitment and retention. Collaborate with the Florida Infrastructure Group and other Hanson markets; design for municipalities, educational facilities, and commercial/industrial developments; address site grading, ADA compliance, stormwater systems, and utilities. Conduct QA/QC reviews and manage construction administration and support business development through proposals and marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or Registered Landscape Architect
- Minimum 10 years of experience in site design and project management
