Site Engineer - SPA

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day site quality assurance, including surveying, setting out duties, quality checks, and approvals. Support the Site Manager in liaising with Engineering and Integration teams to resolve conflicts and ensure work aligns with specifications. Assist with health, safety, and environmental management while coordinating with commercial, procurement, and planning teams. Call off materials, control stock levels, and liaise with procurement to prevent unauthorized orders. Identify concerns early and explore alternatives to optimize delivery and minimize waste. This role contributes to the 330km Strategic Pipeline Alliance project by Anglian Water, which will be completed during AMP8.
Required Qualifications
- CSCS
- SSSTS
- HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Understand civil engineering principles and practices
- An understanding of methods, materials and technical aspects relevant to the project
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- A valid driving licence
- willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
