Job Summary
Direct all day-to-day site activities for the installation of automated racking systems and ASRS, ensuring steel structures and automation components align with technical drawings. Act as the communication bridge between overseas Chinese headquarters, local subcontractors, and clients to maintain seamless project alignment. Monitor timelines, manage resource allocation, and resolve on-site bottlenecks to keep installations on schedule while enforcing strict HSE protocols and conducting pre-handover quality inspections. Requires professional fluency in Mandarin and Thai, plus 1+ years of site management experience. Based in Thailand for this role within a leader in intelligent storage systems expanding across Southeast Asia.
Required Qualifications
- Professional fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai
- 1+ years of experience in site management, project engineering, or site supervision
- Ability to interpret engineering blueprints, structural layouts, and technical specifications
- Strong on-site problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead diverse technical subcontractors under tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Backgrounds in steel structure installation, industrial construction, machinery installation, or conveyor systems
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
