Job Summary
Manage day-to-day construction project activities, including scheduling, planning, and coordination of site operations for the M80 Ring Road Completion Project. Monitor and report on workforce and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with technical, programme, quality, environmental, industrial relations, safety, and commercial requirements. Plan and procure project resources, including labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor services, while maintaining project schedules and assisting with financial management such as cost tracking and progress claims. Provide site supervision, manage changes to scope and budgets, and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Over 3 years of experience in the civil construction industry, with exposure to major road, transport, and civil infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and traffic management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to meeting project deadlines and objectives
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships across clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams
