Job Summary
Conduct site studies, construction work, and resolve current design issues while supervising subcontractors according to specifications and schedules. Prepare and verify measurements, budgets, and invoices for materials and subcontractors; manage procurement and delivery processes. Conduct market research to compare subcontractors and suppliers, and oversee daily progress against the project timeline. Support site foremen, maintain project logs, and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Project Director. Requires a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, five years of construction experience, and strong English and AutoCAD skills.
Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο Αρχιτέκτονα ή Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
- 5 έτη εργοταξιακής εμπειρίας σε οικοδομικά έργα
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά & γραπτά)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
- Πολύ καλή γνώση AutoCAD ή άλλων σχεδιαστικών προγραμμάτων
