Site Engineer III (Day Shift)

Job Summary
Lead in upholding safety policies and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Oversee maintenance and repair activities, manage on-call duties, and document progress for continuous improvement. Provide supervision and mentoring to site engineers while demonstrating technical mastery in troubleshooting and project management. Requires proven experience in mission critical operations, vocational education in a relevant technical field, and skills in maintaining electrotechnical and mechanical systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in ‘Mission critical’ operations and maintenance of large scale electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems
- Technical education / training certification in the field of ‘Mission Critical’ Operations
- Education to a vocational level in a technical field and/or site engineering position
- Skilled in maintenance of electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems
- Excellent problem analysis skills
- Pro-active with a Customer and Business focused approach
- Attention to detail and a ‘Hands-on’ mentality
- Resilience
- Good communication skills
- Leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably skilled in the maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems
- Novice in maintenance of conveyor technique (elevators)
- Novice in maintenance of technical security systems (CCTV, Access Control)
- HVAC Mechanical and/or Electrical
- Digital Realty Internal certifications
- Proficient in utilizing various test equipment
