Job Summary
Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance tracking for datacenter infrastructure, focusing on electrical, cooling, ventilation, and safety systems. Supervise management actions and pilot improvement works while supporting major incident management with technical experts. Establish tests to forecast new corrections and accompany vendors throughout on-site interventions. Ensure document quality within the GMAO service, including MOPs and activity reports, while updating KPIs to measure intervention efficiency. Verify procedure compliance to guarantee safe maintenance execution. Requires significant facility management experience and technical expertise in high/low voltage electricity and fire safety.
Required Qualifications
- Experience significative en facility management
- Expertise technique en électricité (HT/BT), climatisation, ventilation et sécurité incendie
- Maitrise des outils informatiques (Autocad, GMAO, MS project ...)
- Bon niveau d'anglais
- Capacité à gérer et encadrer une relation long terme avec les fournisseurs/ prestataires
- Esprit d'équipe
- Rigeur et méthode
