Job Summary
Coordinate subcontractors, manage quality documentation, plan works, and monitor progress to ensure construction activities are delivered safely and efficiently on a major civil, bulk water/water infrastructure project. Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation while supporting site-based engineering activities within the Wentworth NSW / Mildura VIC region. This role requires a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and previous experience coordinating site activities in similar infrastructure sectors. FIFO arrangements are available from Sydney and Melbourne, with accommodation and LAFHA provided for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer within civil, bulk water/water infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality requirements and project delivery processes
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to safety
- FIFO arrangements from Sydney and Melbourne
- Candidates based in Mildura, Wentworth and surrounding regional communities
