Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators and site coordinators. Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and successful study conduct. Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to specific study needs. Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on engagement activities and outcomes. This role requires approximately 60% travel and a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
