Job Summary
Oversee construction activities for enabling works, utility infrastructure, and site logistics while monitoring contractor performance and quality across assigned Work Packages. Serve as the primary owner-side field leader for PC21, coordinating interfaces between Operations, Engineering, and contractors to ensure alignment with safety, schedule, and readiness objectives. Champion BeyondZero HSE expectations through field audits, incident investigations, and proactive risk mitigation. Manage construction turnover strategies, punch lists, and mechanical completion readiness to support downstream project teams. Requires 15+ years of large capital project experience; OSHA 30 and Spanish language skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of construction experience on large capital projects
- Experience in owner, EPCM, or construction management oversight environments
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, turnover, and contractor management
- English required
