Job Summary
Site Director at St. Martin de Porres School in Philadelphia. Build impactful relationships with children, youth and families; engage students, families, and community agencies to connect families to the program; establish strong school-community ties with administration, teachers, families and stakeholders; complete administrative duties to ensure smooth program delivery; design high-quality literacy, STEAM and social-emotional learning programming; create a safe environment for staff and students; grow and supervise 5-10 staff as leaders and advocates for youth; travel daily from CORA's Main Office to the program site.
Required Qualifications
- Associates' degree with 30 credits in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or Human Services or a related field; or
- Associates' degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or Human Services or a related field; or
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university including 30 credit hours in ECE, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or Human Services or a related field.
