Job Summary
The Site Director of Security leads and manages teams of Executive Protection Agents and Site Managers, ensuring safety and operational excellence. Requires extensive security experience, project management skills, and strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New York State security guard license.
- Current New York State Armed Guard License (NYSDOS).
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Firearms permit and training certification.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in executive protection, armed security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing teams and complex security operations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and security management platforms.
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications such as CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
- Experience liaising with high-profile clients and senior executives.
- Familiarity with NYC’s regulatory environment and security landscape.
