Site Director (FPIP Batangas)

Site Director is accountable for developing and implementing an account plan which will delight our clients and ensure a healthy long term relationship. The role anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators within the contract and builds financial plans while striving to exceed revenue and profitability. It involves creating and managing high performing teams which deliver operational excellence, engaging the Corporate Solutions leadership team to translate the firm’s strategy into business opportunities, and building and maintaining effective client relationships. The candidate will drive client satisfaction, identify opportunities for account growth, provide coaching and development for direct reports, advance diversity and inclusion priorities, manage budget and accounts receivable, and contribute to revenue expansion through cross-functional collaboration and delivery excellence.
