Operate daily before and after school enrichment programs across multiple school districts, ensuring a safe environment that meets NJ Licensing manual standards and The Work-Family Connection policies. Directly supervise all staff, manage monthly budgets for snacks and supplies, and maintain rigorous attendance and record-keeping systems. Oversee staff training, provide feedback, and handle disciplinary actions as needed while fostering positive relationships with school personnel and parents. Maintain program cleanliness and organization. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 8:45 am and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, with part-time PM-only availability.
