Site Director

Manage daily operations of the before and after school program, ensuring a safe environment that meets NJ Licensing manual standards and organizational policies. Directly supervise all staff, maintain monthly budgets for snacks and supplies, and oversee program cleanliness and organization. Handle attendance and record keeping by completing all required paperwork timely, while ensuring staff training across all operational areas. Provide positive feedback and implement disciplinary action as needed, maintaining strong rapport with school personnel and parents. Work 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. A BA in Education or equivalent experience is required.
