Site Director, Customer Engineer - ESMC Long-Term Assignment

Job Summary
Manage professional Customer Engineers for the TSMC global account in Dresden, Germany, directing ESMC business issues across the site including customer satisfaction, P&L, and budget management. Anticipate future customer needs to deliver service commitments and implement solutions for high-value problems, serving as the primary interface for all operational and service commitments. Ensure the workforce maintains requisite skills to meet current and future requirements while driving individual and employee development. Define performance metrics to report site progress against business unit and account-specific goals, adapting plans to address resource and operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years above of working experience in Semiconductors Field Team
- At least 7 years above people management experience
- Must have both English and Chinese communication skill
- Position requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times
- This is site Director who will take 2 years of long-term assignment 長期外派
- Travel: Yes, 50% of the Time
- Relocation Eligible: No
Desired Qualifications
- Equipment supplier (vendor site) with experience in managing multiple sites with after service business acumen is preferred
- >2yr site director/senior manager is preferred or need to have experience in leading multiple layers organization
- 1 year above experience in working with TSMC is preferred
