Job Summary
Manage staff and ensure appropriate interactions between children and staff while conducting weekly meetings to update teams and complete quarterly evaluations. Document attendance for the Accounts Receivable Specialist, track payments and communicate with parents, and verify programs run on a weekly basis with monthly site reports submitted to the Director of Operations. Maintain national accreditation and meet Colorado State Licensing requirements through required training sessions, workshops, and ongoing background checks. Submit to fingerprinting, CPR, First Aid, Medications Administration, and Universal Precautions training upon acceptance. Full-time role with split shifts including mornings and afternoons Monday through Friday, starting as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Be Director Qualified by Colorado State Standards
- A four-year degree with a major such as recreation, outdoor education, education with a specialty in art, elementary or early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field
- Three years (5460 hours) of satisfactory and verifiable full-time or equivalent part-time, paid or volunteer, experience
- Complete six semester hours, or nine quarter hours in coursework from a regionally accredited college or university
- 40 clock hours of training course work applicable to school-age children
- a course in injury prevention and playground safety for School-Aged-Children Care Centers
- Submit to fingerprinting and a criminal background check
- complete training provided by our organization in CPR

- complete training provided by our organization in Universal Precautions
- meet all Colorado State Licensing requirements
- Submit to a criminal background check
