Job Summary
Manage staff interactions between children and employees, conduct weekly meetings, and complete quarterly evaluations. Document attendance for the Accounts Receivable Specialist and track payments while communicating with parents. Ensure programs run correctly, document activities weekly, and submit monthly site reports to the Director of Operations. Maintain national accreditation and Colorado State Licensing by attending required training and workshops. Submit to fingerprinting, background checks, and complete CPR, First Aid, and medication administration training. Submit resumes to Kara Kosinski with the position title in the subject line.
Required Qualifications
- one of the following state licensing requirements - a four (4) year college degree with a major such as recreation, education with a specialty in art, elementary or early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field
- Two years of college training and six (6) months of satisfactory and verifiable full-time or equivalent part-time, paid or volunteer, experience, since attaining the age of eighteen (18), in the care and supervision of 4 or more children
- Three years of satisfactory and verifiable full-time or equivalent part-time, paid or volunteer, experience, in the care and supervision of four (4) or more children
- The program director must complete six (6) semester hours, nine (9) quarter hours in course work from a regionally accredited college or university, or forty (40) clock hours of training in course work applicable to school-age children within the first nine (9) months of employment
- Must be able to pass a drug test (Including Marijuana) and background check
