Job Summary
Manage day-to-day site operations including schedules, staffing ratios, and documentation. Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations while maintaining licensing compliance and readiness for inspections. Build a safe, inclusive environment aligned with AlphaBEST standards and make child safety the top priority. Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching, feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met. Track site resources, attendance, and food program requirements. Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events while building strong relationships with families and school staff. Work part-time hours from 6:00-8:00am and 2:30-6:00pm during the 2026/2027 school year.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- High School diploma or equivalent, English major preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education
- At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision
- Experience supporting students
- Experience in Teaching or classroom leadership
- Experience in Youth programs
- Experience in Staff supervision or team leadership
