Site Director at Willards Elementary School

Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences across Willards, Delmar, and North Salisbury Elementary Schools, utilizing our curriculum to deliver high-quality early childhood education and out-of-school-time programs. Own site operations including licensing compliance, safety, and educational standards; drive recruitment and enrollment efforts; cultivate positive relationships with families, school/district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners; and partner with administrators to bring our programs to scale. Requires at least one year of teaching experience, strong relationship-building and customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
