Job Summary
Site Director to lead and supervise a group of teachers, leveraging and developing educators to deliver engaging classroom experiences using our nationally recognized curriculum. Ensure site operations meet licensing, safety, and educational standards; partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children; cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners; lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children across our sites. The role emphasizes building a dynamic, play-and-discovery focused environment, strong customer service, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality educational experiences for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years across our network.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
- Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and the ability to manage multiple situations effectively
- Meet state-specific guidelines for the role
- Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
