Site Director (Afterschool Program)

Oversee all daily site operations from student arrival to dismissal, supervising instructors, support staff, and the Afternoon Site Lead to ensure smooth transitions and a positive, child-centered culture. Manage program email communications, oversee Bright from the Start correspondence, and maintain audit-ready files while coordinating substitute coverage and managing call-off procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for parent concerns, address behavior issues, and support staff coaching, onboarding, and professional growth. This role reports to the Director of Compliance and works closely with CSA leadership to maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing site at our Lilburn, GA location.
