Job Summary
Site Director – After School childcare in Pecos, NM, overseeing an afternoon program (3:00–6:00 pm) for ages 5–12 at Los Ninos Elementary School. Lead program operations, ensure state regulations and Healthy Kids policies are met, plan and deliver engaging activities (arts, STEAM, fitness, academics, homework support), manage daily operations (attendance, registration, scheduling, staffing), and maintain clear family communication via the Playground App. Role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and community impact; benefits include employer-paid childcare, telehealth, vision and dental coverage, AFLAC plans, 401(k), paid sick time, on-demand pay, and opportunities for growth. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Option A (Credential/Associate Level): CDA (Child Development Associate) OR CCP (Child Care Professional) OR Montessori certification OR NAC OR Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development + 2 years experience in Early childhood OR Option B (Bachelor’s Level): Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early childhood education OR Related field + 1 year experience in early childhood or school-age care
