Job Summary
Site Director of Operations for Cart.com, overseeing fulfillment-center operations with full P&L responsibility, budget ownership, development of Operations Managers, and driving continuous improvement. Lead client relationships at the operations level, ensure safety and policy adherence, standardize operations, manage cross-functional implementations, and guide talent development and succession planning to meet KPIs and SLAs. Strong emphasis on Lean, cost management, and leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-client environment.
