Job Summary
Conduct detailed design of wireless sites, including soil test and structure analysis, to produce design drawings and reports. Collaborate with the engineering design manager to ensure designs meet internal review standards and customer approval requirements. Participate in joint surveys to verify survey data accuracy and confirm compliance with subsequent design specifications. Maintain effective communication with internal and external teams while ensuring all deliverables are properly disclosed. Requires a bachelor's degree in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering, at least two years of wireless network design experience, and proficiency in GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G standards. Native Polish speaker with fluent English is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above education in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years working experience in wireless network design
- Holds certifications such as HCIP-R&S or equivalent
- Native polish speaker
- Fluent in English
