Job Summary
Sitecore-based front-end development: build reusable Next.js/React components that consume Sitecore headless content (Layout Service, GraphQL, REST) and integrate Sitecore JSS with Next.js. Create and maintain page layouts using Sitecore components, placeholders, and rendering structures; develop in disconnected/connected modes; optimize UI performance with SSR/SSG/ISR, caching, accessibility, and responsive design. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend teams to translate requirements into scalable front-end solutions; ensure components are author-friendly and aligned with content models; troubleshoot Sitecore search/indexing when needed; maintain code quality through Git workflows, code reviews, and best practices. Core technical skills include Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR, routing, API routes, performance), React (hooks, state management), Sitecore JSS (headless integration), Sitecore XM Cloud/XP, GraphQL, REST APIs, TypeScript, Tailwind/SCSS/CSS Modules/Styled Components, Node.js, Git, Azure DevOps/CI-CD, Vercel/Azure hosting, Sitecore Search/Indexing (optional), Accessibility & SEO (WCAG). Nice-to-have: Sitecore Personalization, SXA, Docker, Headless CMS experience, Design systems.
