Site Coordinator / Site Administrator

Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day site administration, documentation, logistics, and communication between field teams, consultants, and office staff. Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in executing project plans, schedules, and milestones; maintain up-to-date documentation including drawings, permits, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and site instructions; organize and document site meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups); manage logistics, deliveries, equipment scheduling, and trade/vendor activities; track attendance and ensure required documentation for site access; oversee material tracking and delivery coordination; serve as the communication link among site teams, office staff, consultants, clients, and vendors; assist with safety/compliance tasks, orientations, toolbox talks, and site walkthroughs to identify risks; support reporting, payroll inputs, invoicing, expense tracking, and project close-out documentation; proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction/project management software is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in site coordination, project coordination, construction administration, or a related role.
