Job Summary
Develop and manage enrichment and academic programs for youth ages 5 to 18, including arts, technology, and science classes. Plan creative learning environments, prepare materials, and create age-appropriate activities for students in grades K-8. Supervise staff and children to maintain a secure environment, provide daily homework help, and lead outdoor activities. Liaise with parents, school management, and collaborators while overseeing payroll, tracking orders, and maintaining school equipment. Train teachers on policies and procedures, complete classroom reports, and initiate action items for new projects. Work Monday through Friday before-school, after-school, or split shifts, demonstrating detail-oriented skills and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years child care experience
- Ability to work with children in grades K-8
- Able to clear a level 2 background check
- Candidate must be dependable
- Have reliable transportation
- Must have Director's Credential
- Must be available for before-school hours (6:30 am – 9:00 am)
- Must be available for after-school hours (2 pm – 6:00 pm)
- Must be available for split shift schedules
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher in education or related field
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
- Willingness to obtain Director's Credential
