Job Summary
Site Coordinator in the Emergency Department at Madera Community Hospital. Responsibilities include ensuring daily billing and that patient notes for each patient seen are complete and matched, setting and organizing meetings with agendas and minutes, scheduling physician availability, coordinating hospital privileging and licensure maintenance, and assisting physicians through the privileging/application processes. Qualifications prefer an Associates or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Healthcare, and prior site administrator or emergency department experience; must be able to plan and work independently with strong verbal and written communication skills.
