Job Summary
Overlooks contract crew load out while completing animal welfare checks and monitors barn ventilation during operations. Operates Live Haul trucks and forklifts safely to transport fragile loads, adhering to CSA 2010 equipment inspection guidelines and reporting issues immediately. Follows packers and stock yards protocols for weighing live poultry and implements truck tarping procedures during inclement weather. Requires a valid Class A driver's license with three years of experience, knowledge of traffic rules, and ability to lift 100 pounds in dusty conditions. Monday-Friday schedule with some weekend work; base salary $30.55 plus shift differential and attendance incentives. Benefits begin after 60 days.
