Job Summary
Site Coordinator responsible for leading daily operations in a school setting, ensuring safe, scheduled program activities across education, sports, recreation, and arts; supervising staff, coordinating calendars and meals, monitoring safety/discipline policies, delivering youth development outcomes, and collaborating with community partners and volunteers while promoting a positive Club presence.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of supervisory experience working with children
- Bachelor's from an accredited college or university, preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of youth development practices and strategies
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
- Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth
- Established communication skills, both oral and written
- Good computer literacy with multiple computer applications
