Job Summary
The Site Coordinator leads the After-School Program at Boys & Girls Clubs, managing staff to ensure a safe and engaging environment for youth while fostering community relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff and members
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual abilities preferred
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Non-profit experience is a plus
