Job Summary
Site Coordinator oversees meal delivery to clients, supervises volunteers, provides volunteer training and scheduling, maintains site-owner relations, and conducts outreach to recruit clients and volunteers. Must communicate effectively with older/disabled individuals, manage volunteers, read/write English and Korean, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 pounds. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety techniques and computer literacy are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year's paid or volunteer experience supervising others or coordinating activities
- Experience in working with volunteers desirable
- Food service experience desirable
- Current driver's license, dependable licensed and insured vehicle
- Able to pass criminal background check
- English and Korean language fluency
