Job Summary
Lead financial leadership for the Temecula plant by designing, maintaining, and evaluating all financial activities in alignment with corporate policies. Set strategic direction and business plans while influencing Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain through budget decisions and financial recommendations. Serve as the primary point of contact for local government, auditors, and regulatory bodies, presenting financial analyses to global and regional leadership. Coordinate cost standards, capital budgets, and unit cost savings initiatives to drive gross margin improvement. Gather and interpret accounting data for meaningful reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Leverage ERP systems like SAP to standardize financial processes and partner with shared services to enhance data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including manufacturing finance
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and plant‐level financial analysis
- Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare manufacturing
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced financial analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operations and influence senior leaders
