Job Summary
Site Controller role in Hirson, France, responsible for financial oversight of the production site, establishing and monitoring standard costing in SAP, and delivering KPIs to drive operational efficiency. Key duties include leading monthly site closing and reporting with accounting, developing dashboards for Purchasing/Production/Sales, conducting cost and margin analyses across budgets and forecasts, ensuring budget compliance (CAPEX, overheads, headcount), supporting strategic decision-making with performance analysis and forecasting, and coordinating bi-annual inventories and fixed-asset records. Requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of management control methods, product lifecycle costing, and ability to validate technical data for margin analyses; fluent in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Ideally 4+ years of experience in financial controlling within industrial sectors
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
