Site Controller

Oversee the total finance and accounting function for an assigned site, managing the finance team to ensure processes align with corporate and legislative requirements. Maximize financial returns by establishing performance metrics, driving profitability and cash flow improvements, and building business cases for investments while evaluating risks and currency impacts. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax, and Sarbanes Oxley standards by overseeing accurate financial reporting, including monthly statements, rolling forecasts, and annual audits. Establish internal controls to safeguard assets and lead HR strategies for talent development and workforce retention. Report to the Director of Finance and act as a critical business partner to the General Manager.
