Job Summary
Establish and comply with financial controls across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Plant Controllership. Provide business support, financial counsel, and strategic direction to site leadership for all functional areas, including goal setting and tactics. Manage the development, consolidation, and analysis of Latest Best Estimates forecasts, own short- and long-term P&L and Balance Sheet projections, and drive continuous improvement for gross margin. Direct the Ops Finance department, supervise employees, and lead cost accounting functions including budgeting, manufacturing variance analysis, and standard cost building. Coordinate monthly financial statements, quarterly schedules, and year-end packages while ensuring adherence to SOX regulations and internal audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration with Accounting/Finance major
- Minimum ten years overall experience in FP&A
- demonstrated finance leadership experience managing a large manufacturing site or group of sites
- Proficiency in computer applications proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and SAP
- Full knowledge of integrated accounting cycle and information systems
- past experience in manufacturing finance including absorption costing
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing team
- Ability to establish systems of internal controls that comply with local and US (Sarbanes–Oxley) regulations
- Must be able to travel 5% of the time
