Job Summary
Draft and negotiate clinical study agreements, service agreements, and team member agreements while interpreting site feedback within local legal frameworks. Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Polish laws, and internal guidelines by acting as the communication hub between internal teams, site staff, and external partners. Manage the full contract lifecycle from first draft to final signature and archival, spotting risks early to collaborate with the Site Contract Lead on resolutions. Track progress in real time, driving process improvements to make contracting faster and clearer. This home-based role requires fluency in German, Polish, and English, with a Bachelor's degree in law or a related field. You will support Parexel's mission to improve global health by ensuring research teams can focus on bringing new treatments to patients.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German language
- Fluent in Polish
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business, social sciences, or a related field
- Must be living in Poland
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A talent for problem-solving and analytical thinking
- The ability to work confidently in a virtual, global team
- Grace under pressure and a polished, professional presence
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
